As a business lawyer, I understand that businesses often have trouble collecting on a past due account, and may or may not have the resources to dedicate to doing so. This is where I come in.

Since I am a business owner myself, I know that from time to time businesses are not paid for services rendered or products provided. I also know that many businesses do not have the time or resources necessary to attempt to collect on an account that has wrongfully gone unpaid.

I can advise you whether or not there is a strong chance of recovering the unpaid debt, whether it would be worth it to your business to dedicate time to recovering the debt and what your realistic chance of collecting the debt is.
